I am currently offering virtual group Zoom Feldenkrais Awareness Through Movement classes


On-going Weekly Zoom Class:

Wednesdays, 10-11 am
Classes are recorded. If you’re not able to attend at this time, you can access the recording and do in your own timeframe.

I'll guide you through a movement lesson via Zoom for you to do in the comfort of your home. Each week I offer a different lesson based on themes such as Low Back Comfort, Shoulder Stability/Mobility, Calming Your Nervous System, Building Strength and more. You're welcome to pop in whenever you want, and if you can't make a class, you will receive a link to the recording.
The cost for this 1-hour class and recording is $15.
Payment can be made via Zelle, Venmo, PayPal or a check.

Joan's classes offer features that are tremendously beneficial. There were times I was looking for improving my posture and coordination, some days simple movements like improved breathing and other times complex actions like locating and correcting my shoulder injury. Joan incorporated all the necessary steps and movements with ease, in her online classes, offered via Zoom. ~ Shaheda

Custom-designed to fit your group needs at your location. Feldenkrais “Awareness Through Movement” Explorations can help facilitate your group’s focus and intention on a personal level by adding a health component. When participants are more mindful of their movements, they become more mindful of other aspects of themselves as well. Some focus areas can include, but are not limited to:

  • “Sit Well”

  • Balance, walking, hiking

  • Creativity, Self-image

  • Neck/Shoulder/Low Back/Eye Health

  • Age Gracefully
